My dad and I will be at my hometown public library on October 29th, along with a couple of other local authors, to talk about our books.

I will be reading a short excerpt from The Ground You Stand Upon: Life of a Skytrooper in Vietnam as part of the Winter Reads event hosted by the Carver County Library in Chanhassen. Other local authors will be their as well. My reading is scheduled for 2:00 PM. I will also have a display set up with copies available and will be talking about the book with any visitors who would like to stop by during the afternoon. Very happy to be invited to this!

I will be speaking at the Sherburne History Center about the research involved in writing The Ground You Stand Upon: Life of a Skytrooper in Vietnam, the true story of my dad's experience as an infantryman in Vietnam and the young men he served with. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event.

Book Release Open House for my recently published book about my dad's war experience. My dad will be there as will a local Carver band providing live music.
